salad
ingredients:
20 pieces of spinach
1/4 of a capsicum
1/4 of a cucumber
a whole tin of tuna/ or any other meats you may like
4 to 5 dropped of balsamic sauce/ any other sauce you may have
and mix it all up till the balsamic sauce is combined.
raspberry and blueberry smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 a cup of raspberry
1/2 a cup of blueberry
1/2 a banana
Trim milk 1 cup \
2 spoons tbs of Greek yogurt
